Register form : I can’t enter code.

  • Hi,
    On woocommerce login & register page, I can’t enter register captcha code.

    When I put the cursor in the register captcha field, the cursor immediately jumps to the login captcha field. So I can’t enter register captcha code.

  • Hi, I just carried out a test and it worked for me. Try the following, disable all of your other plugins except this one and WooCommerce. Then carry out a test? If this does not work can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Seventeen?

    Hi, Thank you for your replay.

    I enabled “SI Captcha Anti-Spam” & “Woocommerce” and disabled other plugins.

    I found the same problem on my Mac and iPhone Safari. But on Mac’s FireFox it worked normally.

    Hi, did you test one of WordPress default themes like I suggested above?

    Yes, I tried with Twenty Seventeen, but the result was the same.

    Hi, this might have something to do with Mac system. It works well in Windows 10. I tested the registration page in the following browsers.

    • Google Chrome
    • Firefox
    • Edge
