Register form showing up tick box 2 times

    Hi,
    I just updated Mailchimp for wordpress to 4.1.4
    However, it showed up the subscribe and tick box two times at the registration form page.
    Here is the screen shot

    Can you help me fix this please?

    Are you sure this only happened since updating the plugin?
    Are you using custom registration form?
    Can you post a link to the registration page here?

    I’ve just tested this on my own site, and even when I select multiple lists in the Registration integration I only see the checkbox once.

    Yes, it happened since updating the plugin.
    Was alright before.
    I use the registration form from the theme that gave us

    We’re trying to reproduce this behaviour but were unable to so far. What versions of WooCommerce are you all on?

    On the MailChimp for WP > Integrations page, could you make a screenshot of your settings for both the WP Registration Form and the WooCommerce checkout integration? I’m specifically interested in your setting for the “position” option in the WooCommerce checkout integration.

    Also, are you running any plugins related to user creating / registration & WooCommerce?

    Hi,

    We have never used your plugin before and just installed it yesterday. We are using the latest WordPress 4.8 and latest WooCommerce 3.0.8. Just like other users we are getting two tick boxes on the account registration form. Only on registration form however. Elsewhere it is showing one tick box as it should. Given other users are experiencing the same exact issue since latest update it may have to do something with the latest plugin release.

    Thank you! Plugin is awesome. Testing the free version since we are considering the paid one.

    Looks like moving the script from head to bottom fixed the problem.

    Hi,

    Although we can’t reproduce the problem so far, we have made some code changes to prevent it from happening.

    You can either wait for the official update later this week (probably Wednesday), or you can manually install the latest version from Git right now: https://github.com/ibericode/mailchimp-for-wordpress
