Register Form to Determine Roles Like Used on Jobify

I have combed through the documentation, looked through 20+ pages of these support threads and googled my brains out but yet I cannot come up with an answer. So please forgive me if this has been covered or if it is a simple fix.

I am trying to create a register form like the one used in jobify whereas on the pop up registration form, there is a dropdown asking the registrant if they are:

1.) an employer looking to post a job
or
2.) a candidate looking for a job

I am not using jobify but would like to model a registration form after jobify’s and determine if a new user is a candidate or if they are an employer

Any helpful advice (solution) is greatly appreciated
