Register Guest at checkout not sending new account email

Hello there,
I’m planning to sell digital products.
I activated guest checkout, automatically create account and generate password options in the woocommerce settings.
Also i followed steps to register guest after checkout process: https://usersinsights.com/woocommerce-auto-register-users/

So i create test product (checked virtual and downloadable). Guest user was created as customer and customer received an “order complete email” but new account email did not send.

I tested with “Email Log” plugin and re-order as guest. Just logged emails which order completed email to customer and new order email to administrator but not logged new account email.

I tested manually password recover and create user and their emails works well. But automatically register guest at checkout these emails not sending.

How can i fix that? Please help me
