Register link is not showing

  • Hello,

    I watched your tutorial video from 2017 and tried repeating all the steps to show the registration for a single webinar which already took place in the past.
    Everything looked fine until I noticed, that there was no register button for the webinar.
    Am I missing something in my settings?

    I created an App with all the required keys.
    Set the custom registration page to my desired page.
    I am using Elementor with the shortcode-widget where I inserted your shortcode.

    I tried adding the shortcode into a normal post without Elementor, but there was still no registration link.

    That doesn’t look right, I haven’t seen that before. I don’t know what the issue might be in this instance as it’s something I can’t repeat on my end. Unfortunately I can only provide limited support via the WordPress forum as I can’t ask for login details. If it’s important the issue is resolved, I suggest upgrading to pro, that way I can provide you email support and actually check out the environment and configuration in more detail.
