Register Link not showing when login is the default action in my widget

Hi I have installed the widget and it seem to be working fine.

BUT.. I can see both login and forgot password links when I have register as the default action

So for now I have set up 2 widgets but I would rather just have a link to register ??

Also in the register version of the widget I can find where to change this text
“By registering with this blog you are also agreeing to receive email notifications for new posts but you can unsubscribe at anytime.”

I want to edit the actual text and also to change the formatting so its no longer centred can you help?
