Register page (employee and candidate)

WP Job Manager itself cannot do this I’m afraid. ??

If you submit a job while logged out, your user takes the role of employer. If you apply while logged out, you become a user of role candidate.

Ah thx for THE info. But what plug-in does he USe then? Because I know he uses job manager

I don’t think it’s a plugin; it might be the theme, which seems to be a child theme of Jobify:
