Register page missing vendor sign up option

    Hi,
    I am new to using WCFM. I am currently using Dokan with ReHub theme. I really like WCFM and would like to move to WCFM-ultimate soon. However,I am confused with initial setup. After installing WCFM my registration page is missing the vendor sign up option. Now you can only register as a customer. Can someone help me with what I may have setup incorrectly?
    Any help is very much appreciated
