    In Register Plus, I’ve enabled (with the checkmark) this:

    Allow Existing Email __ Allow new registrations to use an email address that has been previously registered

    but

    When a user tries to register with an email address that has been previously registered, they get an error message that says ERROR: This email is already registered, please choose another one.

    Any solution for this?

    sorry about the error in the title. it should say “same email” not “same password.”

    The email is rejected only when a user tries to register a new user in WP (which doesn’t go through Register Plus) instead of through the web site (i.e. Register Plus).

    Then Register Plus doesn’t help in a case where the site owner wants to set up users with certain rights but not allow on-site registration. Is there a way to allow multiple users with the same email address to be set up via the site’s admin?
