register plus plugin admin monitoring

I have recently used the plugin (register plus) with the Atahaulpa theme. The one capability that is not clear to me is the ability to monitor the registrants (list of subscribers) by using the admin panel. I will also have to do the same for log-ins. I would appreciate any input on administrator strategy.
