Register plus redux – newby to WordPress

i installed Register Plus Redux. Was able to figure out settings, i think.
But i have NO IDEA how to set up my pages (register, login, forgot password, profile). What code do i insert on these pages to get the forms data to show? Where is it, what is it?

I am lost. I’ve searched your site (and elsewhere) for hours, literally – am about ready to jump out the window. Can’t find answers for simple stuff ??

I’ve created many a website, but never used WordPress till now. It’s turning out to be quite a challenge.
