Register section no visible in woo account short code

Hi All,
I am pretty new to woo commerce. I have built a few test sites that are now ready to go live. On the third one the register side of the form does not come up in the woo my account short code.

Further, on the same site, the product menu item does not occur for the admins of the site. I can get to products via the woo header menus so it is not a problem. But I think there must be some install problem with woo commerce to have these two issues.

I do not want to do a complete un-install/re-install. And I fear simply overwriting the directories. So I was wondering if anyone has seen this before, or this sort of thing, and has a suggestion on how to fix this.

I have not seen the same problem on either of my other two sites.
