register_http_request_failed

Hey folks!

When trying to connect the Jetpack-Plugin I get this error message…

register_http_request_failed
Operation timed out after 15000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

What does it mean? I guess it something wrong with the web-server configuration.
But what should I tell my hosting provider?
