register_uninstall_hook seems to run on every page

Hi, I have been trying to make my site load faster and working with my web host to work out what is slowing it down. Here is a message from my hosting company:

wp-content/plugins/wp-plugin-info-card/wp-plugin-info-card.php’s register_uninstall_hook seems to [incorrectly and at least twice] run on every page load, which triggers UPDATE queries to your site’s database. “write on load” type queries are never a good idea if you’re looking for speed – so trying to treat the database as a log store for traffic or stats for example isn’t recommended.

Any ideas?
