Registered but not paid-still has access

    I’m doing testing of my plug in set up and found that: a user can register for a membership, go to the pay screen, then decide not process the payment. They’re still entered in the system as a member of that membership, therefore have access to that content even though they haven’t paid. The content restriction I’ve set is for only members of that membership, unselected logged in users. But since they registered for that membership, they’re considered members even without the payment.

    I must be missing a setting somewhere?

    Hello @clindebak,

    This is normal, we create the user account before the payment is confirmed.

    You said this:

    This is the issue most likely. If you de-selected Logged in Users then you removed all restrictions.
    When you select Logged in Users and a Subscription Plan the content will be restricted to Logged in Users that are also members of that plan. Hope this makes sense.
