Registered Subscriber Can't Log In

I created a subscriber for event postings by the public. I gave “subscriber” the capability to edit and delete her/his own events and upload images. However “subscriber” cannot log in. I keep getting the message “you do not have permission to view this page.”

I have another website with the same settings and “subscriber” is able to log in to add events: https://eastcleveland.org
