    Hello.

    Trust you are doing great.

    I have a small issue related to the plugin Custom Login Page Customizer. It’s a
    very smart and beautiful plugin but I’m stuck due to my lack of coding, etc., knowledge.

    The issue is… when someone registers, he/she gets a confirmation email with a link in their inbox. But when they click the link, instead of going to the Home page it goes to an error 404 page.

    Can you please help me to rectify this error.

    Thank you for reaching out to us!
    I don’t believe this is caused by the plugin but to double check please deactivate it for a few minutes and then see if when someone registers now they still are sent to a 404 page.

    I tried what you told me but I still get the same error.

    If you deactivated it and it still show that error then it means it’s not the Custom Login Page Customizer.
    My recommendation would be to deactivate all of them now and see if you still get it with no other plugins active.
    If it disappears, then reactivate them one by one until you find the culprit.

    Hi Mihaela.

    The issue is resolved.

    Register and activate were not individual parent pages, hence the issue.
