Registering clicks without clicking

    Shortify is registering clicks without even clicking on the links/buttons. When I open a page (mobile), all the links on that page register a click without clicking on them. What is the issue?

    Hi,

    This is strange.

    Can you please go to stats and check if all clicks are coming from Robots/ bots?

    When I visit the page myself and there are 3 buttons in the screen, it registers a click on all buttons. So no bots, my own IP.

    Hi,

    Yes, we are aware of it and we are in communication through our support channel.

    We already mentioned on the support channel that this issue is not exactly with the URL Shortify but it’s due to some plugin conflict.

    We have already replied on your support ticket, please revert with the credentials. We will take a look at it, find the cause of this issue, and fix it.
