    Hello vrsvrs78,

    I am really sorry to say that you can’t use different languages for your store name.You can translate your site content but you cannot translate your URL that’s why you are facing this problem.

    above problem not in PC. in pc user can add custom url Persian or Arabic language
    that problem is in smartphone.
    for example : when I use chrome browser in android system and choice a Arabic shop name . then I can not even English typing in the URL field.
    So i Think Phone Field have same problem. Because I cant put number !!!
    I suggest you to better understand yourself Check it.
