Registraion not prompting for level

  • Hi,
    After recent overhaul to the site (Theme and alot of plugin and core updates) have found that the PMP Levels page no longer shows correctly, I get the acount details and custom field entry but no level selection – then when you click “complete signup there is no prompt for payment.

    I have the correct page selected in settings and using the [pmpro_levels] shortcode on that page.
    WP Version : version 4.6.1–en_GB
    PMP Version : 1.8.11.2
    PHP Version : 5.4.45 / 64Bit OS

    Any assistance or clues would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there,

    That seems a bit strange.

    Would you mind telling me what settings you have for your level in question?

    Also, I know that some users are experiencing issue due to their theme (that came bundled with PMPro) to cause issues as the code for the levels page has changed slightly.

    What theme are you currently using?
