In regards to your first question please try the following. You can edit those texts in the following file: simple-membershp/js/jquery.validationEngine-en.js.

How do I keep the changes on simple-membershp/js/jquery.validationEngine-en.js ?

It work, I can see the text on my language, how I keep them?
They won’t be delete on update?
If I upload the file to “wp-content/languages/plugins/simple-membership/js/” it will work?
Can I use file by the name jquery.validationEngine-he.js or jquery.validationEngine-he_IL.js

I am not sure if making changes to the file name will work.

Your best option is to make a note of your changes and or create a backup of the file and store it locally in your computer.

OK, I have backup, so when I update the plugin I need to upload my file again.
There is no way to keep the translations?

If the translation is added by you then you will also have to create a backup. When the plugin is updated then you will have to replace those files with your backup.

Also make sure that the file you are replacing with your backup has not been updated as well.
