    I’m new to WP and have already guessed the problem, but unfortunately the help did not lead to the desired success.

    I can log in as admin as usual, but when members want to log in to the member area, it’s like an endless loop, they always end up back on the login page without any error message.

    But this problem only occurs on the Windows computer with IE and Chrome, on my Mac with Firefox and Cliqz the problem does not occur. On Android phones different, sometimes yes, sometimes no.

    Now I can’t ask the members to delete their cache and cockies or change the security settings. I hope the problem is WP and I hope even more that the problem is solvable.

    First, you can activate wp-debug so you can see what the error cause, and then you can try to deactivate the cache plugin, in some cases, not proper cache settings can make this problem.
