    Hi,

    Is it normal that when I registrer an user with an paid plan, I can make it active without complete the payment. I follow these steps:
    1. Registrer user
    2. Confirm email from the link in the mail.
    3. (Back on the site) Click on “pay”.
    4. In the paypal login screen I click ‘back’ in my browser (previous page).

    Then the site shows a message: thanks, u can now use your account.

    I never paid it. This works both on test mode and live mode.

    Did I something wrong or is this plugin not safe? Bug?

    Hi,

    When I use the form to registrer [pms-registrer] it is working. But the. I can’t add my custom fields. I need to registrer the user with the pms-registrer form and then fill in the custom fields with the edit profile shortcode from the wppb form.

    Is this the only option I have?

    Hi Leezer,

    This is not a bug because there are cases when users don’t have enough money in their PayPal account and that is why the account is created even if the user doesn’t pay for the Subscription Plan.

    In order to retry the payment they will need to login and access the PMS Account form – [pms-account]. If you restrict the access to pages/post/content based on subscription plan registered users that didn’t complete the payment will not be able to view/access them.

    Regarding the second issue, if you are using Profile Builder with PMS, you will need to go to Profile Builder -> Manage Fields -> And add the Subscription Plans Field. After you add the field you will see PMS’s SPs in PB Registration Form – [wppb-register].

    Basically you can use PB for User Management like Registration, Login and Edit Profile and PMS for Content Restriction, Subscription Plans and Payments.

    Ah I understand the way your thinking. Now I have the next question: Is there a way to exclude users with an pending payment in the user listing. So users that haven’t paid, will not be visible in the user listing.

    It seems like you are using a premium version of Profile Builder. Please open a support ticket because we are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these free forums.
