    Hi,

there seems to be a registration bug with Chrome Version 90.0.4430.93 (Offizieller Build) (x86_64).
A good amount of our users had a problem when trying to register for a webinar with the above mentioned chrome version. If you fill out the webinar form on our website and submit it, the whole form gets cleaned and no success message is shown. In the dashboard the user isnt registered either. We use the Version 14.30 of your plugin. Is it possible to downgrade to an older version?
Other browsers and chrome versions function properly for us.

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi @jvpaho,

I haven’t had any other reports of this so far. Are you able to provide a link to your registration form so I can view without being logged in? Because right now I can’t see the form.

Have you checked to see if there’s any javascript errors in the Chrome console (you can get here by right hand clicking on the page and clicking inspect)?

I am very very certain that the issue wouldn’t have been caused by a plugin update, so I think downgrading the plugin wouldn’t help in this instance. But you can try this if you wish: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-gotowebinar/advanced/

    Thanks,

    Hi,

here is a direct link to the form:
    https://www.jobvector.de/karriere-ratgeber/webinare/anmeldung/?webinarKey=759249478897189132

Apparently we get a 404 Error - Failed to load resource and several TypeErrors jQuery is not a function and Cannot read property 'ui' of undefinded.
Is there a way to include a screenshot here?

We decided to use a redirect to the external version of the form for now, to prevent more registrations from failing. There is also a new update for our theme available, so we will update our system and test it again after.

    Thank you for the help!

    Hi @jvpaho,

It looks like it is working fine. I tested it just then. Thanks,
