The link is to my original question and your response. I recently noticed that our Registration Form Appearance page no longer displays the list of registration codes, and an unauthorized person registered an account twice without having a registration code. Might a recent update have broken this very useful feature that we rely on to ensure that only members of our community can register? Our website is running WordPress 6.4.3 and Ultimate Member 2.8.3.

Yes, there is a new update of the plugin for UM 2.8.3

I installed the new version in the same directory the previous version was in, and moved the original to a different directory. I still don’t see the codes in Settings => Appearance => Registration Form.

I installed UM 2.8.4 and it still doesn’t work. Is there anything else I need to do?

Verify that you have the Plugin version 1.1.0 active in the WP plugins list.

That was the problem. I wonder how it came to be inactivated? Can this happen automatically in response to an error condition?

In any event, thanks again for your help!
