Registration does not work

    Hello,

    we just want to register within the “Register with miniOrange” screen. But the page does not respond until we get the browser message “Request Error couldnt connect to host”. So no registration is possible.

    Do you have any idea, what could be wrong? Our idea was, that our network itself could be the problem, because we are using a proxy server. WordPress itself works fine with that, since we added two lines of code in wp-config.

    Does the miniorange plugin need extra proxy settings? Or is it another problem?

    By the way: The same problem appears when using the support window in the configuration backend of the plugin.

    Hi Christian,

    Can you please check if you can connect to auth.miniorange.com on port 443 on your proxy server. Another issue can be you firewall blocking connections to miniorange.

    Please check that. If still doesn’t work send us an email at [email protected] so that we can do your registration.
