    Hi

I could use some help with identifying how to resolve an issue I am having with my user registrations. Once a user clicks on the registration link on the login popup, they are redirected to another page to create an account and duplication the username and email address and underneath that, there is a section to enter details about your profile. Once this is complete, they are then re-directed to yet another page to complete their profile and duplication the details once again. Is this because of a conflict between buddypress, BBPress, WordPress and ProfileGrid and what do I need to do to resolve this to simplify the registration process then direct them to their own profile page.

Once registered, I want the user to simple request access to a group without entering any further information or completing any additional fields. Please help anyone!!!!

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Or even better, can I disable the registration altogether and just let the member register for the particular group they want to join? I have the default user group registration fields already setup.

    Hello @nannoo1969,

You may use the registration form of other plugin, but to use the profile system of ProfileGrid,  you will be required to use the plugin’s group registration form. Each group is associated with one registration form. Users may join a group by clicking on the join button on the group page, which will allow them to become members of that group. for more details on this, please visit the link :https://profilegrid.co/how-display-single-page-registration-form-in-wordpress/

BuddyPress is also a profile management plugin so we suggest not to user both plugins, as they may conflict with each other.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
