    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We checked the registration from link shared by you and it shows the error “Require Useremail field”, and it seems that you have not added the email field in group fields. Please add the Email field as this is required for registration on WordPress site and then check the form.

    In order to display a field on form, please make sure that you have enabled the option “Display in Default Registration Form” in field settings
