    Hi support,

Thanks for this wonder plugin! I created a registration form with a lot of additional fields (Instagram info,Photo and Video) for model. However, the page is not displaying the way how I intended it to be displayed which is to show on just one page.

Is there any way I can configure it on the settings? Or perhaps, modify the code? It seems the setting for this plugin is to have have Previous/Next buttons when there are too may fields on the form.

    Please advise. Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @manters2000,

Thank you for contacting us. It seems you are using splitter field which is specifically for creating multipage forms. Please check here : https://www.easyregistrationforms.com/create-multi-step-multi-page-forms-for-your-wordpress-website/

Please remove the splitter fields and try using heading field instead. Let me know if you have any more doubts.

Thanks for quick response, It did worked!

However, when I made a test submissions on the form, I didn’t receive any notification emails. It seems that the mail notification feature doesn’t work out of the box.

Here are the configurations that I’ve made on the Form Dashboard
    – Enabled User Activation/ User Notification from Notifications setting
    – Set ‘Send Verification Link’ to ON under User Account Settings in General Settings

Do I have to configure anything like its mail server? Please advise.

    Thanks!

Hello,Please check if emails are being sent through your WordPress setup, using 3rd party plugins.
Also, check spams and other folder for emails since it is not necessary that they get delivered in your inbox (it depends on server).

You may also configure SMTP on your site with the help of WordPress SMTP plugins

If you still face any issue, feel free to drop us an email on “[email protected]
