registration form is in a loop and does not register

I am unable to register new users via Ultimate Member.
When the registration form is filled out, and you click register the page just reloads and no registration takes place and no user is created in the backend.
How can this be resolved?

Did you try a default WP theme like “Twenty Twenty-One”?
Have you defined the different UM Pages?
