Registration Form – New user registration replaces admin account email

    Hello,

    In my case, when a new user registers it doesn’t create a new account, rather than replaces the email of the admin account! I have only added a custom VAT VIES validation for a field, all other settings are handled by UM.

    Hi @sirtimid,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Do you have any other membership plugins installed?
    Please do a quick conflict test by disabling all plugins except Ultimate member and switching to the default WordPress theme and see if this issue goes away.

    We use the latest version 2.0.17 with “Ultimate Member – Google reCAPTCHA” and latest WordPress version 4.9.6.

    Apparently there was an error at the custom validation, I had to change this code $ultimatemember->form->add_error to this $ultimatemember->classes[‘form’]->add_error

    I also updated all other plugins and now it works as it should.
