Registration Form Not Active "Disabled"

    Hello,
    I just installed UM and I love it … so I’ll be disappointed if I can’t use this ..

    The registration form says it’s disabled. Also, no emails are sent to confirm registration.
    Not sure if I have missed something when setting it up.
