registration form not showing

    Hi. I have updated the plugin. I’ve been using it for 5 years now. But now when creating an event the registration forms are no longer visible.

    Can you go to your event and check that the setting ‘Add registration form to this event’ is ticked? Or in registration settings, you have ticked ‘show form on all events’?

    Yes both are checked. Same result!

    While I look deeper can you confirm.

    And also can you advise do you have a test or development or staging site which is demonstrating the same behaviour?

    I can’t replicate your issue on my test system. Can you provide a screen shot of your registration settings so I can try the same combination as you have?

    Thank you for sharing the settings.

    The plugin is working as designed.

    You have ticked ‘Do not show registration form on old events’, and as this event started on 22nd March it is already started in the past – so therefore old and the setting stops the display of the form.
