Registration form required fields can be skipped

    Hello support,

    We’re using your plug-in on some websites for several years now. Always very happy about the extensive functionallity you are offering.

    On one of these websites we are encountering an issue with the registration form for new users. Almost all fields in the registration form are required fields. But in the last 8 registrations, there are 3 or 4 registrations where the users didn’t fill in any information. Only the first name, last name and e-mail address are registrered, but all other details aren’t filled in or saved.

    Because all information is really necessary I’d like t know why this is happening, so we can solve it.

    Any ideas on this issue?

    How many fields are added to the Register form that has this issue? Could you please confirm what version of UM you’re using?

    Hi Champ Camba,

    There are 14 fields in this register form. Of these fields 12 fields are required, 2 are optional. This site is running UM version 2.1.19.
