    Hello

    I am using Forminator for users registration on wordpress site.
    On some occasions users report that they fill the form, recieve email with activation link, they click the link but the account is not activated.

    I see the user in Forminator submission and it is marked as activated but there is no wordpress user created.

    If the user tries to register again he gets info that the username/email is already used.

    I dont know how often it happens but I have about 1000 people submitted in forminator registration but only 700 wordpress users created so I suppose it happens quite often.

    I have no clue how to replicate the error as I tried registering multiple times and it always worked for me.

    Any clues?

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue!

    My suggestion here would be to check the server’s performance as my guess is that possibly the registration process is being stopped sometimes due to resource usage exceeding the server’s capacity. This is just a guess at this point of course. If needed, maybe you can check that with your hosting provider while submitting the form to see if there’s anything that would cause this.

    We can also check the form on our test sites (we haven’t had any similar reports), so if that’s okay, please share an export of the form:
