booking form with mandatory checkbox?

Hi there,
I just installed events manager today and like it.
But one need I have (needed for german law and conditions): I have to add a checkbox that is mandatory right before the “send” button in the booking form. Any idea to get that in? I’m not very good at php, so I was not sure, where to get the validation.
As far as I seen now the standard validation is only e-mail in the booking form…See there:
