Registration form with multiple participants

Is it possible to have a registration form where a parent can register multiple kids?
So the parent enters their own contact details, then below they enter their child’s info, and if they will add more than one child then an ‘add anther child’ button would make additional contact fields appear for that child. After that they could then click ‘add anther child’ and add anther, and so on.
This would be a way better solution than to force the parent to fill out the whole form again for additional children and have to enter the parent details over again.
Is it possible?
