    Simple. Set a Checkbox field to be Required.

    thanks but I think it involves more than just a checkbox. because above the checkbox we need to be able to insert ‘you must agree to our ‘terms of service’ and make it a link to the terms of service page. that’s where the level of difficulty is. thank you.

    thanks. now I remember why I decided that visual form builder wasn’t suited to my needs – at least this particular need. I’m trying to build a registration form. now if I create a username, email, password, etc… will those fields mirror the native wordpress registration fields in such a way that they can use that info to login? it is not apparent to me that’s the case. am I mistaken? thank you.

    VFB Pro has an add-on, Create User, that will allow you to use a Username, Password, and Email field to create a new user. Here’s a video that shows you what it’s all about.
