Registration forms only visible when logged in.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of upgrading to 4.0. Since that update the registration pages on my site are no longer visible unless logged in(which defeats the purpose). Is there an update coming soon to fix the compatibility issue? If not can we discuss offline about compensating you to expedite this? Registration is an important piece to my site.
