    Hey I have 2 issues….

    First….I cannot check the box Registration is disabled on this site. in the MailPoet’s Basic Settings. The box is greyed out.

    Second….Is there a link to a subscriber page or form? For example if I wanted to add something to my twitter or email stating, “Subscribe to LLP’s Newsletter HERE.” Clicking “HERE” would be connecting a reader to a subscriber page….cannot figure this one out.

  • Hello LLP,

    1) The box is greyed out because you must have this option enabled on your WordPress admin. Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings menu > General.

    Look at the option called “Membership” and check the “Anyone can Register” field. Then go back to your MailPoet to activate the option.

    2) You can create a normal WordPress page for that, and the insert a Subscription Form on that by using a Form Shortcode. Just go to MailPoet > Settings > Forms > Edit a form > on the edit screen, at the bottom there’s a link “shortcode”, right next to “iframe, PHP, HTML”. Grab this shortcode and insert it on your WordPress page. Then go to your Newsletter editor and just insert a link pointing to this page. Done!

    Everything worked perfectly!!!

    One other question I have is can I add a captcha code to the sign-up form o help avoid spammers?
