    Hi,
    I have using WC Vendors .during registration time it will produce mails and working is good.but a problem.

    first mail with a title as Your vendor application has been pending.this functionality is fine.but at a bit i have received a mail Notice of Password Change

    how to remove the second mail during registration?

    Please help me for resolving the same.

  • I believe that is a wordpress email .. in regards to your users. IN that case, you would direct your question to wordpress and ask how to diable the “change password” email you receive when your users change their password.

    You can see and edit- and also disable or enable- all of the WooCommerce and WC Vendors by going to:
    wp admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails

    Hi,
    thanks for replaying.
    I have another problem.if a person (vendor/customer) registered into store will generate email.this email only getting for vendor/user only.how to activate a notification email to the administrator when registering as vendor.because the first stage of vendor registration is pending vendor.so now admin didn’t get any notification message like your store have new pending vendor.

    please provide any solution.

    Hello,
    First check to see that you have this email enabled:
    wp admin > woocommerce > settings > emails
    scroll down to Vendor Application. Make sure it is enabled and the email recipient (you) address is correct.

    Hi,
    Thanks for replaying .this functionality is working fine.but the same emails(now both emails are same) are delivering into both vendor and administrator.is there any option to set up separate email template for administrator and vendor ?
    (1) for admin email with title like your store have new vendor registration.
    (2) for vendor email with title like your vendor application is pending.

    i have approved all my test vendors again and again and it always says “pending” in the vendor dashboard and every time they reload it to see after i approve them (i change status from pending vendor to vendor in the user section as i see no places change it anywhere else) it resets them to pending vendorand shows them the same announcement of “Your account has not yet been approved to become a vendor. When it is, you will receive an email telling you that your account is approved”

    and then its reset to pending in the user section… am i missing something? is there another section where you push approved instead of changing the user status in the users section?
