Registration key and multisite

Would it be made to add the possibility to register bought themes or plugins in the network environment of WordPress Multisite?
Reason:
My site is multilingual, I use the Multilingual Press plugin to connect languages to sites in the Network – equal contents in different languages.
My Page Builder is Elementor. But upgrading to their Pro version is not workable, because the obtained registration key only can be added once inside a domain. Although the support of Elementor writes, that because my different language sites are under one domain, it is to be seen as a single site and just one key is needed for the different language sites, the use is not possible.
This problem also occurred with the OceanWP theme I use.
If it would be possible to enter the registration key in the network environment, it would be in line with the rules of Elementor, OceanWP and quite a few other plugins which show the same problem.
Then a registration key only has to be entered once.
