Registration not working

    I have a custom registration form and when I test it it just refreshes the page a user is not added, notification is not sent and there is no redirect, any help is much appreciated

    I’m currently facing the same challenge. After registration, it does nothing. It will take me back to the same registration page.

    Hi @myrafletcher,

    It looks like a server configuration issue. There’s a 403 forbidden response on registration process. Can you please check if the mod_security is enabled on the server?

    Where can mod_security be found on the server?

    My host has informed me that mod_security is installed on all servers with some of the newer ones using Comodo WAF (an updated version of mod_security)

    They also sent me this I have no idea what it means:

    I have been unable to find an explanation of what the following Comodo Web Application Firewall (CWAF) rule id’s stand for. I would suggest doing a Google search for CWAF Rule ID’s that were disabled (see below) for more information.

    SecRuleRemoveById 350000
    SecRuleRemoveById 350111

    As mentioned in the chat the above were disabled.
