Registration not working

I have disabled all the plugins, still the same issue.

I have also insatalled a new on developpment instance with only pmpro plugin, My login page is not working also the users who are expired can view the page that is restricted. Can you please guide me doing this. On My login page its showing nothing

Its urgent

The members whose membership are already ended still can view the pages that are only for the members

I recommend reaching out to a local WordPress developer to assist you with this further as it’s difficult to assume why things aren’t working specifically for your site.

We will need to address one issue at a time. Can you confirm that your checkout/registration is now working as intended?

It sounds like members aren’t expiring, are they showing up on the Member’s List with a past expiration date? I checked the plugin in multiple dev instances and with fresh installations, the expired users can still view the page.

I did a fresh installation aswell on another server, but still the same issue

Thanks for the feedback, this issue sounds like a site specific issue as I am unable to replicate this.

You mentioned in another newer ticket that you ran the expirationwarnings.php directly, could you run the expirememberships.php directly?

Please note loading this in your browser, will run the expiration code and cancel any members that should have been cancelled immediately.

Hi Andrew, my payment gateway is not live yet, is that causing the issue

The registration is working now after plugin downgrade and upgrade, now the only issue is the user is not getting locked out if the subscripton period is expired

Please can you look inside Site Health information under “Tools” > “Site Health” > “Info” > select “Paid Memberships Pro” and look under Cron Job Status to see if any cron jobs are missing?

User’s that stay as member’s that should have expired is often caused by Cron Job issues on a WordPress site and is the first place to start troubleshooting.
