Registration Page Blank

Hey Jeff,

I have been using the plugin for a couple of months and everything has been fine, recently I changed theme and everything works great except for the Registration Page. It now is blank and new users cannot register. The page exists and the shortcode is correct but not seeing any fields.

As i say every other page in the TML is working. I am using TML 6.3.8
