Registration Page Code Outside Body Tag

The Code “Inside Body” option does not appear to take effect for the “Registration Script”.
The “Cart Script” is confirmed as working and inside the Body tag.
Google Tag Assistant says “Code found outside of <body> tag”
Could you please take a look.
