Registration products not “virtual”

  • When I define a registration product, WooCommerce gives a message

    Shipping rates cannot be calculated

    Which means the product is not marked as “virtual” I cannot fix this because the virtual checkbox is not available, and even if I try setting it up as a general product first, changing it to a registration product must make the product not virtual anymore because I get this error message.

    What is the correct way to set up the product so that WooCommerce knows it is a virtual product?

    Hi @xnau,

    That’s strange, Registrations for WooCommerce do not hide the virtual checkbox from variations, it only come with it marked by default, are you sure no other plugin is causing that error? Which version of the plugin and WooCommerce you’re using? (So I can test it here)
