    Hello,
    I have created a registration page on my website where I have inserted the registration shortcode from youzify.

    I then redirected the original buddypress registration page (/register-bp) to this page so that anyone who wants to log in will see the correct form.

    The form comes up but when you press submit the page just reloads without anything else happening. I have now activated the debug mode but could not find a problem (is still activated)

    I have no other membership plugin that could cause this problem.

    I have tried deactivating several plugins but nothing has worked.

    I hope you can help me. Thank you

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @coolee

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please clarify, does this issue happen with the Registration Form shortcode only or does it happen too with the default registration form?

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hi, thanks for your quick answer.

    The default registration site from buddypress doesn’t show the form, I thought that was normal and I need to create a site.

    The same thing is also with the default sign in page but the shortcode to sign in works perfectly.

    I just played around with it now, so the default bp register page shows only the header of the register form but not more, the default login page redirects me to wp-login

    Hi @coolee

    1. Please send us the URL of default BuddyPress registration form instead of shortcode registration form.

    2. Regarding the shortcode, since you use Elementor, please try to put the shortcode on “HTML block” instead of “Shortcode block”. And then, please test again.

    Hi,
    1. The default registration form is here: https://urbexplorer.net/register-bp/

    2. I tried it now with the HTML element, the Text element and in the normal wordpress Editor (not elementor) too. Its always the same…

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @coolee,

    1. Please use this CSS to fix the default Youzify Registration form:

    .youzify-membership.youzify-membership-page-box.youzify-page {
      overflow: inherit !important;
    }

    Add the CSS on Youzify Panel >> General Settings >> Custom Styling settings >> Global CSS Box. If you use any caching plugin, please clear it after adding the CSS.

    2. I tested the registration shortcode on our staging site and it’s working as expected on our end. Please clarify, what Youzify version do you use?

    In addition, please try to add the shortcode on the default WordPress editor instead of Elementor.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hi, thank you very much, this CSS actually fixed the default Buddypress register page (and the page also actually works), so I no longer need the Shortcode.

    Thank you very much for your help!
