registration spammers

  • I am getting registration spam on one of my sites.

    I have installed Akismet, Conditional CAPTHA, Fast Secure Contact form, WP Spam Free, and Stop Spammer Registration Plugin.

    Each one of these is working to a point, but some are still getting in; about 3 a day.

    What else can I do?
