Registration Stacking

    Hi. Thanks for your support!

    I have installed “User Registration” successfully, but the registration is getting stacked. The loading icon keeps rolling and never stops, and never redirect to another page, or gives a successful registration notification. However, the registration somehow goes through because the user gets an email to confirm their registration. Please check the screenshot here: https://prntscr.com/r9igc3

    Any suggestions?
